FAQs
Do I need to be organized before you come?
1
Not at all. You don’t need to prepare, clean, or apologize for your space. This is a judgment-free experience, and I meet you exactly where you are. My role is to support you, not critique — clutter is simply part of life, especially during busy seasons.
What does the organizing process look like?
2
We start by talking about how you use your space and what feels most overwhelming. Together, we sort, simplify, and create systems that make sense for your day to day life. Everything is done at a comfortable pace, with care and collaboration every step of the way.
Will you make me get rid of things?
3
Never. You are always in control of your belongings. I offer guidance and support, but decisions are always yours. My goal is to help you keep what truly serves you and create space for what matters most without pressure or guilt. I find it helps to process why we are holding onto items with an outside person to help determine what should stay and what should go.
How long does a session take?
4
Session lengths vary depending on the space and your needs. Some projects can be completed in a few hours, while others may take multiple sessions. We’ll talk through expectations ahead of time so everything feels clear and manageable.
What if I feel embarrassed about my space?
5
You’re not alone — and you’re safe here. Many clients feel this way at first, and it’s completely normal. My work is rooted in compassion, not judgment. This is a supportive space where you can exhale and know you’re not being evaluated. You are reaching out for help, that's a huge step, I am proud of you and know that's not an easy thing to do.
Do I have to be present during the session?
6
That’s completely up to you. Some clients prefer to work side-by-side, while others feel more comfortable stepping away. We’ll choose what feels best for you and your comfort level. Aspects of the job will require your presence, like when we declutter your items or in choosing what systems you want in place
Getting started is simple. Reach out to schedule a consultation, and we’ll talk through your needs, your space, and your goals. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels comfortable, doable, and aligned with your vision.
